In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of desiccated coconut and 4 tablespoons of milk powder. Mix well until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
Add 200 grams of condensed milk to the bowl and mix everything together until a soft dough forms. Keep this mixture in the fridge for an hour to avoid sticking and for easy rolling.
Take small amounts of dough, put the hazelnut inside and shape them into small balls.
This mixture makes approximately 12-14 balls.
Roll each ball in some shredded coconut until it is fully coated. You can gently press the coconut onto the balls to ensure that it sticks well.
Place the Coconut Snow Balls on a plate or tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
Once the Coconut Snow Balls are set, they are ready to serve. You can store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
Enjoy these delicious and easy-to-make Coconut Snow Balls as a sweet treat.
Notes
If the dough seems too soft, add a little more desiccated coconut. If the dough seems too hard, add a little more condensed milk.
